Stephanie McMahon Supports Her Mom in Campaign Video

Stephanie and Shane McMahon appeared in support of their mother at the Connecticut Senate Debates on Tuesday Night. Stephanie also narrates and appears in the above video in support of Linda McMahon's campaign for the US Senate.

More on Maria's Release

Looks like Maria may not have been all that surprised about her release. As she is working on her debut music album and has several projects going for her, it seems WWE really wanted to try to control her career moves. According to sources, WWE wanted Maria to sign on for projects she wasn't interested in.

Her 90 day no compete clause will end right around the season finale of The Celebrity Apprentice. Which is actually rather good for her, because she could go right to TNA without ever leaving the public eye.

Tuesday Blurbs From All Over

- Trish Stratus is the new celebrity spokesperson for Sports Interaction, one of the top betting sites in North America.

- All of the Superstars from WWE NXT are on the road again this week with the main roster.

- WWE sent out the annual company letter this past week offering rehab to any of their former talents.

- Ted DiBiase Sr. and Jr. will be headed to the UK this week to promote WrestleMania 26 and the WWE Hall of Fame. The two will appear on Sky Sports news this Thursday at 6:30pm.

- There was an incident at Sunday's SmackDown live event in Abilene, Texas where Chris Jericho was cutting a promo and a fan threw a beer can at him. Edge told the fans not to throw cans at the ring and said he and Morrison would take care of Jericho, as they teamed up to defeat Jericho and CM Punk.

- Chavo Guerrero noted on Twitter last night that he was busted open above his eye and had to get 6 stitches after his match with Kofi Kingston at the tapings.

- WWE is currently working on a new DVD set for the Divas. The set will feature segments and matches from WWE Divas of the past and present. The only former WWE Diva confirmed for the project so far is Trish Stratus.

- Gail Kim may have been injured at last night's RAW during the Pajama Pillow Fight match. Gail had to be helped to the back after the match was over, which didn't air on TV.

- Look for the love storyline between Maryse and The Miz to pick back up, with the idea being that she's into him now since he has more belts.

- The Divas will likely be represented at WrestleMania this year in a tag match or multi-Diva match rather than a title match, largely as a way to get as many of them on the show for the WrestleMania payday.

The PPV Schedule is Back On

No longer is the WWE pay-per-view schedule blank. Most of the match-themed PPVs are back in action, including the debut of Money In The Bank in July just before Summerslam - no word on where there's any sort of tie-in there. And the inclusion of an all-new PPV without a snazzy match name, "WWE: Over The Limit" (I guess "Cross The Line" was taken?).

However, given WWE's recent history, expect this schedule to change approximately 3.6 more times before they settle on something.

See what I did there! Anyway, further speculation that Randy Orton is making a slow and painful face turn. I wish they'd find some shocking way to do it, but alas... Lordsofpain.net is reporting a possible draft spoiler.

A SmackDown vs. RAW match is being advertised for a WWE Supershow in May, after the WWE Draft in April. This could be a possible spoiler or not, but the match lists Team SmackDown as Chris Jericho, CM Punk and Sheamus and Team RAW as Triple H, Randy Orton and Kofi Kingston. This may mean that Sheamus is headed to SmackDown in the Draft.

Drugs Took Down the Samoan Bulldozer

According to "Wrestling Babylon" author Irv Muchnick (who claims his source as an email from medical examiners in Houston), Eddie "Umaga" Fatu's cause of death was officially listed as "acute toxicity due to combined effects of hydrocodone [painkiller], carisoprodol [muscle relaxer], and diazepam [anti-anxiety]."

Fatu was released from WWE after he refused to attend mandated rehab following his second wellness violation. That sounds eerily similar to the recent releasing of Shane Helms. And that scares me. :(

WWE.com has announced that Charlie Haas has been released. He was wished all the best in his future endeavors.

That brings the total to 5 releases since Friday. Aside from Charlie Haas, Shane Helms, Paul Burchill, WWE Diva Maria and referee Scott Armstrong were also released on Friday.
