Lllllllladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, children of all ages... and so on. Welcome to Cena Nuff (because we have), a brand spankin new rasslin' blog. No need for a fancy introduction, let's just get to it.
Raw last night was... actually entertaining. The WWE world has been in a completely bizarre tailspin since the beginning of the year -- from the Curse of the Big Gold Belt, to Rosie vs. Donald, to Crazy Vince blowing himself up, to the draft, to the Benoit thing, to the recent steroid "scandal" which is apparently going to deplete the roster even further. But it seems to me Vince is doing what he does best -- roll with the punches. And last night's Raw was, by far, the most entertaining episode I've seen in months. I don't care if it makes me a bad smark, I eat it up when a show ends with a storyline segment for a main event. Especially if it involves the McMahon family. Wrestling is my soap opera anyway, might as well treat it as such.
So... "Things are looking up." Right now, it's the new "Who Shot JR?" There's actually a mystery in the WWE, and it's actually getting fans talking, excitedly, and as of right now, I don't believe the answer has been "leaked." You know who I think it is?
Mr. Kennedy.
Yeah, I know the Random Lawyer Guy said last night it wasn't him. I know it'd be a little bit anti-climactic if they keep teasing that it's Kennedy, then he comes right out and says it, then it's denied, then it's confirmed again. I know he was involved in that steroid thing and may or may not be suspended soon. I don't care. My theory: Random Lawyer Guy was hired by Kennedy to come out and throw everyone a curveball. I mean, seriously. Things are looking up?
They sure are.
